Join us on Saturday 23 February 2019 and explore the great Zaarour summit with a panoramic view toward the beautiful Lebanese mountains.

Meeting point will be in Zalka 7:45am sharp near l’Abeille d’Or.

We are expecting a challenging snowshoeing hike and a unique experience by building an igloo on the top of the summit with a hard friendly team work.
The trip will be guided by a hiking specialist and two athletes that can encourage and lead you to the top.

• Distance: 8 Km
• Duration: 4 hours
• Level: Moderate
• Elevation Gain: 400 m

To be prepared for this hike, you will need:

• Hiking shoes (waterproof)
• Windproof /waterproof jackets and pants
• Buff / Beanie / Warm headwear
• Sunscreen
• Sunglasses
• Warm gloves
• Healthy snacks (sandwiches, energy bars, dried fruits, nuts…).
• Water (2 liters)
• Backpack
• Your ID and personal inssurance

By attending the event you agree that you are responsible for any incident that takes place during the event.

Contribution will be 50$ per person including equipment rental, transportation, guidance, and lunch in Zaarour Club at la Cabana’z.
